Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Gallatin, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule:

Shift: 09:45 - 22:15

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed

Call Requirements: As Needed

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing quality health care to our diverse patient population, serving all ages in critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and treatment to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS.
• Preferred: ENPC and TNCC certifications.
