We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Kansas City, MO. and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life Conduct ongoing patient assessments focused on comfort, symptom management, and changes in condition.
