What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems safely and efficiently.
• Install a variety of HVAC equipment, including:
  • Mini-split systems
  • Split systems
  • Packaged units
  • Packaged rooftop units (RTUs)
• Read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes.
• Work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers.
• Assist with commercial new construction projects between installation jobs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Mentor and support team members while promoting a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience installing commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
