As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in representing Garage Kings Denver and ensuring the successful installation of flooring, slat-wall, cabinets, and overhead storage solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:Move and operate any and all equipment and materials throughout the work areaMeasure and mix per material instructions necessary for jobFollow product application guidesConfirm accurate measurementsUse proper safety practices while maintaining a clear and secure work environmentPerform any other reasonable duty assigned by crew leader or managementDrive vehicles as neededEnsure all company property including tools and materials are always secureEnsure vehicles are always clean and orderlyEnsure 100% customer satisfaction on every projectCommunicate any issue to the crew leaderQualifications:Strong work ethic and commitment to qualityExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid Driver's License and legally eligible to work in the USAbility to lift heavy objects of 50lbs or moreFlexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekendsPrevious experience with epoxy/polyaspartic/polyurea applications preferredSupervisor/management experience is a plusBilingual proficiency is advantageousAdditional Requirements:Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningWillingness to work in various locations throughout the Denver metro areaNo allergies to concrete dust or related materialsWorking cell phone for communication purposesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly rate ($22 - 25/hour) with opportunities for overtime and bonusesComprehensive training providedPerformance-based bonuses and annual retention bonusOpportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyQualified applicants should possess a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
