Quality Assurance

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting talent assessments and identifying skill gaps among employees within the QA function.

• Facilitating training sessions through coaching, workshops, mentoring, and job shadowing to support employee development.

• Performing audits to evaluate employee progress, document performance gaps, and communicate findings effectively.

• Supporting onboarding and training of temporary QA staff while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant QA, training, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, email, intranet systems, and management information systems (MIS).

• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, stand for extended periods, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
