HVAC Service Supervisor

Service Supervisor Come join our dedicated team of HVAC specialists during an exceptional time of company growth. ECI Comfort seeks qualified candidates to fill our Service Supervisor position to support our Service Manager and provide back-office support and training for our service technicians in the field while handling technical support to our customer base and staff both on the phone, online, and at times on site. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to transition from the truck to an inside management role. ECI will provide the necessary Career Training for a successful path from the trenches to a field supervisor and eventually out of the truck. Flexible hours available but looking for someone who would be interested in helping build out and oversee our off-hour shifts, which includes a pay differential bonus. The Service Supervisor's duties include providing oversight of the service department, developing and monitoring schedules, technical training, and mentoring junior technicians while acting as the liaison between management, field staff, and the client in order to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess the highest level of technical skills, along with a combination of communication skills, and attention to detail, as well as ten or more years of experience in the HVAC and or heating oil industries. Additionally, the Service Supervisor will be results-oriented and be able to inject energy and enthusiasm into this role. We're looking for a take-charge individual who feels comfortable advising clients about their options, delegating tasks among employees and who can help make changes to improve our efficiency and departmental metrics.
