Finance Transformation – Anaplan Consultant, Senior AssociateA leading global professional services and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance Transformation practice, working on Anaplan-driven finance solutions.The RoleYou will work alongside finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers) to improve financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering analytical insight and hands-on Anaplan implementation, with growing responsibility for workstream management and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with finance leaders to optimize financial planning and reporting processesBuild and implement enterprise performance management solutions using AnaplanConduct complex data analysis to deliver actionable business insightsSupport alignment of financial systems and processes to improve decision-makingDevelop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiativesMine financial data to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunitiesBuild and maintain data visualization tools for financial reportingReview and validate financial statements for accuracyMentor junior team members on financial management and analysis techniquesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceDifferentiatorsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/InsuranceProficiency in Anaplan and financial modelingStrong data visualization and financial forecasting skillsExperience developing and optimizing financial planning and budgeting processesComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsStrong client communication and relationship-building skillsTravel: Up to 60%
