Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing therapeutic techniques to promote mental health improvement.

• Encourage open discussions around clients' emotions and experiences, helping them gain insight into themselves and their relationships.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals to achieve improved mental health outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, informed by your clinical expertise.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in a secure, digital format while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of pre-screened, stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health challenges, ensuring a more manageable caseload. There will be no severe mental health patients to manage, allowing you to concentrate on providing high-quality care based on your specialties and preferences. You will be matched with clients whose demographic profiles and therapeutic needs align closely with your expertise, enhancing the effectiveness of your interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Ability to independently evaluate, make professional recommendations, and develop treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing remote counseling services.

• Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a flexible and remote work setting, you will benefit from:
