Key Responsibilities Tax Senior Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for tax-related inquiries. Conduct tax reviews, providing clients with valuable insights and high-quality service. Work closely with managers and partners to ensure compliance and advisory services meet firm standards. Overtime is compensated for additional work beyond standard hours. Tax Manager Oversee a dedicated client book, managing and building client relationships. Review and manage tax planning and compliance engagements. Supervise and mentor junior staff, assisting with their professional development. Lead strategic initiatives and client projects with opportunities for bonus incentives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. Minimum of 4-8 years of tax experience in a public accounting. Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, and tax research. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
