Essential Duties: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality, adhering to recipes guidelines Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with regulations Present meals attractively, with attention to detail and consistency Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support special dietary needs and personalized resident requests with care and professionalism Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented work culture that reflects our mission values Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a line cook or in a food prep role (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality a plus) Strong culinary skills with an understanding of proper food handling and cooking techniques Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality and service A team player with excellent communication and time-management skills Love your job!
