Acute Care Associates of California (ACACA), in partnership with White Coat Medical Group, is a physician-led hospital medicine group delivering high-quality inpatient care across Southern California. Our teams emphasize clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and collaborative practice models that support both patient outcomes and physician flexibility.

We are seeking a Per Diem BC/BE Family Medicine Hospitalist at Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, California. This role is primarily night coverage with some swing shifts, with 4-8 shifts per month, offering flexibility while supporting inpatient coverage needs. The hospitalist will provide adult inpatient care in a community hospital setting using a team-based care model focused on quality, safety, and continuity of care.

• Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to adult patients
• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges during assigned shifts
• Coordinate transitions of care and communicate effectively with consulting services
• Collaborate with nursing staff, case management, and ancillary teams
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• ACLS and BLS required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred

Compensation

• $165–$170 per hour (1099), 4 - 8 Shifts Per Month
