Mowing & Trimming Crew Leader – Full-Time Opportunity
Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing & Trimming Crew Leader to take charge of daily operations for lawn care service routes. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide a crew, ensure high-quality work, and help deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive company vehicles to and from job sites
- Supervise and direct daily activities of mowing and trimming crew members
- Perform and oversee lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards after each visit
- Assist with mulching, pruning, and general landscape clean-up as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
- Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with professional mowing equipment and small engine tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a crew independently
