Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Moorhead, MN. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately reviewing, verifying, and dispensing prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient counseling on medications, side effects, and proper use; performing medication therapy reviews; and providing immunizations where authorized and trained. The Pharmacist will communicate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to clarify orders, resolve medication-related issues, and support coordinated patient care. Additional duties include overseeing pharmacy technicians, maintaining accurate records and inventory, ensuring quality control and safety procedures, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered experience in the pharmacy. Qualifications Licensed (or license-eligible) Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent) in the state of Minnesota, with good standing and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, dosing, and patient safety principles. Proficiency in prescription verification, dispensing workflows, and use of pharmacy management systems and related technology. Excellent patient counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear, respectful, and inclusive interactions. Experience collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other team members, including task delegation and workflow coordination. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, community pharmacy environment. Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws and insurance requirements. Immunization certification or willingness to obtain it, and prior community pharmacy experience are preferred but not required.
