Documentary Acceptances Shipment Data Capture Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs) Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages) Preparation NOTOC Close out flight Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages) Customer contact (Notify customer) Hand over AWB and Docs to customer Debit charges Support implementation of local processes and procedures Apply the OAL (Other Airline) handling process for carriers operating within the facility, ensuring compliance with local and partner‑carrier requirements Assist Terminal Supervisors by providing operational guidance not only to LH office agents but also to external/third‑party agents working within the terminal * All other duties as assigned or required Requirements Are you ready to Take‑off with us? Know more about the requirements: High school diploma/GED desirable 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse handling favored Fluent English language required, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills Qualification according to CHM / GOM MS Office skills as user Excellent customer service Excellent commitment Excellent teamwork Strong ability to work under pressure Strong adaptability Good cost consciousness Strong detail oriented Willingness to travel Must possess a valid driver’s license Manage constant time pressure Manage high stress levels Must posses a valid work permit in the U.S. Must be willing to work shifts
