Senior Real Estate Counsel - Retail Leasing & Acquisitions
Family Dollar
Family Dollar is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its in-house Legal Real Estate team in Chesapeake, Virginia. You will support all aspects of the real estate and construction portfolio, with emphasis on retail leasing and high-volume transactions.
The role requires a JD, Virginia bar membership, and at least five years of experience, preferably in retail real estate. You will negotiate leases, draft and review agreements, and provide litigation support as needed.
