Our personalized services - in-clinic pharmacies, medication management and more - are leading the way to a new level of care.Staff Pharmacist - Pharmacy plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications to patients served by long-term care facilities and pharmacy operations. This position works collaboratively with pharmacy leadership, pharmacy technicians, nursing staff, providers, and facility partners to deliver high-quality pharmacy services while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, company, and accreditation standards.The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for prescription verification, clinical oversight, medication dispensing, quality assurance, and supporting pharmacy operations including automation. This individual must be able to work and support locations if needed.Schedule will be part time, 20 hours a week within the following pharmacy hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (as business needs require)Primary Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with consumers and clinic partnersVerify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance prior to dispensingInterpret, clarify, and evaluate medication orders to ensure safe and effective medication therapyProvide drug information and clinical support to providers, nursing staff, caregivers, and patientsEnsure timely and accurate dispensing of medications, including specialty medications, controlled substances, and compliance packagingMonitor medication profiles for potential interactions, duplicate therapies, allergies, and contraindicationsPerforms wellness services such as Long-Acting Injectable administrations, immunizations, flu shots and other preventive servicesSupport medication therapy management and clinical interventions when appropriateParticipate in inventory management activities to maintain adequate medication suppliesWork within automated dispensing, packaging, and workflow systems to promote accuracy and efficiencyEnsure compliance with all pharmacy regulationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Current pharmacist's license in the state of COCertified immunizerPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of pharmacy experienceAutomation experienceExperience with compliance packagingLTC pharmacy experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.00 - $79.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
