Your impact on Day 1

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and plant equipment.
• Handle emergency/unplanned equipment repairs during production; complete scheduled maintenance during machine service windows.
• Perform basic machinist functions when needed.
• Diagnose, replace, repair, test, and fine-tune components to meet performance targets.
• Interpret manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks correctly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems.
• Operate hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Recognize abnormal machine behavior or defective materials; report promptly to supervision.
• Adhere to safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout) and maintain an orderly work area.
• Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

What you bring

• Strong foundation in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and general industrial maintenance.
• Experience reading/understanding equipment manuals and maintenance work orders.
• Problem-solving tools exposure (Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D) preferred.
• PLC awareness/experience is a plus; robotics experience preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Essential physical requirements

• Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive arm movements.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand on concrete for extended periods.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed.

Schedule & pay

• 1st shift.
• Hourly position with a wage rate up to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and competency.
