A healthcare facility in Owasso, OK is seeking two experienced inpatient pharmacists for a 13-week contract starting October 5th. This opportunity offers a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, working days and evenings from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, perfect for those interested in a dynamic hospital environment.

Location: Owasso, OK

Schedule:

• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Days/Evenings rotation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, including IV preparation
• Current Oklahoma pharmacist license (in-hand)
• BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
• Familiarity with Pyxis and Carousel automation systems
• Must be at least 75 miles outside the local area (first-time travelers welcomed)

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties with hands-on involvement in IV prep and verification
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring accuracy and safety in medication distribution
• Utilize EPIC and automation systems to manage medication orders efficiently
• Support pharmacy operations in a 450-bed hospital environment
