The Sports Instructor will teach youth beginners in individual and multiple sports at community facilities, schools, or campuses. Reporting to the Program Director, this role will develop lesson plans, provide foundational skills instruction, and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans for youth beginner programs.
- Provide age-appropriate instruction in individual and multiple sports.
- Monitor participant safety during lessons and activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sports instruction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with lesson planning.
- Knowledge of injury prevention.
- Strong organizational skills.
