Inside Sales Agent

The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving revenue through proactive sales activities. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with potential and existing customers. Create and implement strategies to meet KPI goals. Identify new clients through various methods, including market research and networking. Use product knowledge and industry expertise to address customer needs effectively. Respond to client inquiries regarding products, their applications, and industry information. Provide customers with information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications. Negotiate prices, terms of sale, and service agreements with clients. Collaborate with production, warehouse managers, and staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing and distribution. Manage and maintain the customer database efficiently. Prepare and report on sales results, account status, leads, and competitive information to the team. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 1 year in Inside Sales/Account Management within the B2B industrial distribution sector. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred for promotion. Must pass Pre-Employment Screening. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation capabilities. Solid business acumen with a thorough understanding of technical products. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Navision is preferred. Looking for Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset.
