Looking to fulfill your passion for patient care while working in the comfort of your home? We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in NY to join our fast-growing telehealth team.

Responsibilities:
Full scope of primary care and preventative care for geriatric patients via telemedicine.
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NJ
- Valid DEA license in the state of NJ
- At least 1 year of experience working as an NP
- Telehealth experience- preferred
- Credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid
- Bilingual to Spanish
compensation:
- We offer $35 per patient with the ability to see 3-4 patients per hour!
Schedule:
full time!
