Salary Range $ 50,000 - $75,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food Service / Catering Manager to lead daily food service operations and oversee catering events from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of staff, budgets, and resources. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining and catering experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily food service operations and staff.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards consistently meet company expectations.
• Monitor food production, inventory levels, purchasing, and waste control measures.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Catering Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events of various sizes and complexities.
• Meet with clients to discuss event requirements, menu selections, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, transportation, and event setup.
• Ensure timely delivery, professional presentation, and successful execution of catering services.
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and increase catering and food service revenue.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and health standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory management, and catering software systems.

Physical Requirements
