Foreclosure Coordinator

Foreclosure Coordinator Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite) 6-Month Contract $20.00-$22.00/hour Seeking a Foreclosure Coordinator to support daily foreclosure processing and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage and update foreclosure files and documentation Review title and real estate documents Communicate with property owners, clients, and vendors Monitor inboxes and prepare reinstatement quotes Maintain accurate records and tracking systems Support additional administrative projects as needed Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Title, Escrow, or related real estate services Foreclosure experience preferred Knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes is a plus Experience with FAST, Simplifile, DataTree, and Data Trace preferred Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat skills Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Benefits: • Health insurance • Health savings account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Life insurance • Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
