Focused on growing revenue within existing client accounts, the full-time Mid Market Account Manager will engage with banking and financial services customers to identify expansion opportunities and deliver innovative solutions in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted business advisor to C-level audiences, leveraging in-depth knowledge of technology and services Utilize strategic probing to design and propose tailored business solutions for clients Develop and implement account plans to achieve critical business objectives and drive upsell opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in complex relationship selling Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology preferred Proven ability to accurately forecast future sales Experience in executing pipeline and bookings growth strategies
