PSA-ADMS/EMS Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled PSA-ADMS/EMS Engineer with strong expertise in utilities and electric grid systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power System Applications (PSA) and Advanced Distribution Management Systems/Energy Management Systems (ADMS/EMS), particularly in the areas of transmission and distribution.

This role requires deep technical knowledge to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance grid reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and support ADMS/EMS applications for electric grid operations.

Work on transmission and distribution (T&D) system models, simulations, and real-time applications.

Collaborate with utility stakeholders to analyze operational requirements and propose effective solutions.

Integrate PSA modules with grid operations for monitoring, forecasting, and optimization.

Ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance with utility standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in PSA-ADMS/EMS development, implementation, or support.

Strong understanding of electric grid utilities, including transmission and distribution systems.

Knowledge of power system analysis, load flow, contingency analysis, and grid reliability concepts.

Hands-on experience with utility IT/OT environments and real-time energy management applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
