Litigation Associate

Want to work alongside one of the top trial lawyers in Texas, and actually get to use what you learn from them? This mid-sized, full-service Dallas firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a team that hands over real responsibility from day one. You won't be stuck drafting memos in the background. You'll be handling substantive matters across contract disputes, shareholder disputes, trademark, and real estate litigation, working directly with a partner recognized as one of the state's best in the courtroom. These aren't small stakes cases. Much of the docket is bet-the-company litigation, so the outcomes genuinely matter, and so will your contribution. This is a strong opportunity for a commercial litigator who wants direct mentorship from a top trial lawyer, exposure to high-stakes disputes, and a clear path to becoming a well-rounded, courtroom-ready attorney. Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in) 3+ years of commercial and civil litigation experience Experience across contract disputes, shareholder disputes, trademark, or real estate litigation preferred You can also find me on LinkedIn.
