Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Berrien Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes. Our Housekeeping team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, as assigned
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME schedule available)
