Floating between multiple office locations within St. Petersburg/ Tampa.

Compensation: $24$28/hour, depending on experience

About the Opportunity:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing healthcare organization specializing in pediatric dental and orthodontic care, to hire a Treatment Coordinator for their Southwest Florida region. This individual will play a key role in guiding new patients through the treatment process while supporting multiple providers across several office locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable traveling between offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist new patients during the onboarding and consultation process
• Review treatment recommendations and explain procedures, timelines, and associated costs
• Help patients understand financial options and answer questions related to treatment plans
• Coordinate with providers and office teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Travel between assigned office locations to support operational needs
• Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling documentation
• Deliver a high level of customer service while creating a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental, orthodontic, or oral surgery office setting
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Orthodontic Assistant, or Lead Front Office professional preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple office locations throughout the Tampa/St. Petersburg area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred (Cloud9 experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
