Job Overview
Oldcastle is seeking a to oversee product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle for its architectural products. This role involves defining product vision, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing, and driving profitable growth of sales and market share for assigned product categories.

What Youll Do
- Lead product concept ideation to completion for assigned categories.
- Develop new product development strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with sales and customers.
- Define new product development projects through project briefs and scope documents.
- Lead cross-functional project teams for new product introductions and existing product updates.
- Monitor market conditions and determine pricing strategies for product positioning.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including phase-in/phase-out strategies.
- Serve as the product expert regarding competition and market trends.
- Support quality control and warranty departments in problem-solving for product issues.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, operations, or product development.
- Proficiency in basic business software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- An innate desire to learn all aspects of the product development process.
- Ability to travel up to 35% overnight domestically.
