Lanna Lashes is a premium lash and eye care brand built for professionals and enthusiasts who refuse to compromise on quality. We operate across DTC e-commerce, wholesale/B2B, professional education through Lanna Academy, and a growing membership community. We’re a lean, founder-led company moving fast — and we’re ready to bring on our first dedicated marketing leader to scale what’s working and build what isn’t.

The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Marketing to own the full performance marketing and retention function for Lanna Lashes. This is a builder role — you’ll be stepping into a brand with strong identity, loyal customers, and real traction, and your job is to pour fuel on it.

You’ll work closely with our founder and our content creator (who handles brand content and creative) to lead everything on the growth and retention side: email, automation, paid media, and marketplace expansion on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

This is not a “manage agencies and report on dashboards” job. We want someone who can execute, build systems, and eventually grow a team beneath them.

What You’ll Own

• Email Marketing & SMS — Strategy, segmentation, and execution of all campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (or equivalent). Open rates, click rates, and revenue per recipient are your scoreboard.
• Automated Workflows — Build and optimize lifecycle automations: welcome series, abandonment flows, post-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, and loyalty triggers.
• Post-Purchase Experience — Design the customer journey after checkout to maximize LTV, reviews, repeat purchase, and referrals.
• Paid Media — Own Meta and Google ad strategy. You know how to read creative data, iterate fast, and scale what converts.
• Amazon Marketplace — Manage and grow our Amazon presence including listings, PPC campaigns, A+ content, and brand storefront.
• TikTok Shop — Build and scale our TikTok Shop presence. You understand the platform’s commerce layer and know how to turn content into conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (non-negotiable), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Proficiency with HubSpot — we use it for CRM, workflows, and B2B/wholesale pipeline management
• Proven track record managing Amazon Seller Central — PPC, listing optimization, and brand registry
• Experience selling on or scaling TikTok Shop (a real differentiator)
• Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions from data, not gut feelings alone
• Ability to operate independently in a small team without heavy process or hand-holding
• Excellent communication skills; you’ll work directly with the founder

Bonus Points

• Experience in the professional beauty or lash industry
• Familiarity with Shopify and post-purchase tools (Okendo, Postscript, Triple Whale, etc.)
• Experience connecting HubSpot workflows to Shopify for post-purchase and B2B automations
• Background in wholesale or B2B marketing in addition to DTC
