Position Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapist Location: Conroe, TX Setting: In-person with some Telehealth flexibility Client Focus: All Ages We’re hiring talented, passionate therapists to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with youth and families, can manage a steady caseload, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive setting. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Structured compensation for admin tasks + paid CEU time Flexible schedules and autonomy to manage your caseload Full benefits: We pay 75% of employee medical, dental, vision, and 100% of life, offer 401(k), generous PTO, 11 holidays, and sick time Ongoing training and robust wellness support A workplace culture rooted in respect, care, and connection Primary Responsibilities Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for individuals and groups Coordinate care with other providers as needed Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Texas clinical license (or provisional) Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus Compensation Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload.
