Job Title Research Technician Job Location Miramar, FL Job Type Contract Job Overview Responsible for supporting clinical trial procedures and ensuring compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (Google Cloud Platform), SOPs, QA/QC procedures, OSHA guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Provides operational, administrative, and clinical support while ensuring the safety and well-being of study participants in a clinical research environment. Requirements / Must Have High school diploma or GED required. Phlebotomist certification required. 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical environment. Ability to obtain vital signs and perform ECGs. Strong communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience Experience supporting clinical trials and clinical research activities. Experience performing patient care procedures in a clinical setting. Experience working in regulated healthcare or research environments preferred. Responsibilities Perform study procedures in strict compliance with protocols and regulatory standards. Support execution of clinical trials and related research activities. Ensure safety and well-being of study participants. Perform vital signs measurement and ECG procedures. Perform or assist with telemetry and IV catheter insertion (or willingness to learn). Provide administrative and operational support for clinical studies. Maintain compliance with Google Cloud Platform, SOPs, QA/QC, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation and support data integrity. Work independently while collaborating with clinical research teams. Should Have Experience with telemetry procedures preferred. Experience inserting intravenous catheters preferred. Clinical research or hospital/healthcare environment exposure preferred. Skills Clinical trial support. Patient monitoring and vital signs collection. ECG and basic clinical procedures. Phlebotomy skills. Regulatory compliance (Google Cloud Platform, SOPs, OSHA). Communication and teamwork. Time management and organization. Microsoft Office proficiency.
