Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Seeking a full-time remote Florida Bilingual Customer Service Representative, who will manage incoming calls from New York City residents, addressing service-related inquiries and creating work orders while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities: Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and build rapport Address inquiries related to city services and document resident complaints accurately Provide timely and professional information while directing requests to the appropriate departments Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience Bilingual in Spanish with a strong command of English Professional written and verbal communication skills High level of computer proficiency Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
