Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Certifications NBRC (RRT) or NBRC (CRT)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Adult ICU in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment AIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Skills Assessment GRT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with aerosol treatments, BiPAP, ABG, ventilator management, HFNC, CPT, COPD education, respiratory assessments, airway management, and Nitric oxide is required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
