About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the organization's multi-state growth and scaling. This pivotal leadership role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's people-centric nature, capable of balancing administrative precision with a genuine passion for enhancing the team member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, including multi-state legal compliance, talent acquisition, cultural development, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, culture championing, and ensuring that the company's core values are upheld across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality sector, and a proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple states. They should be adept at problem-solving, empathetic yet firm, and process-oriented, with a strong focus on supporting the people who serve the company's guests. The role also requires a tech-savvy individual with proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and payroll software, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a preference for SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification. The Vice President of Human Resources will be instrumental in creating a robust recruitment engine, developing onboarding programs, and implementing performance management systems to foster internal promotions, all while ensuring competitive pay scales and benefits packages to attract and retain top-tier hospitality talent.
