ConciergeThe concierge serves as the welcoming face of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and supportive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and vendors while assisting with non-clinical needs and enhancing the overall resident and family experience. The concierge plays a key role in customer service, communication, and coordination within the facility.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Greeting residents, families, visitors, and guests in a courteous, compassionate, and professional mannerServing as the primary point of contactAssisting residents and families with general questions, directions, and facility informationCoordinating visitation logistics and ensuring compliance with facility policies and safety proceduresSupporting admissions, discharges, and tours by welcoming new residents and families and assisting as directedCommunicating resident or visitor concerns to appropriate departments promptly and professionallyMonitoring lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentCollaborating with nursing, social services, activities, and administration to enhance resident satisfactionUpholding resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all timesAdhering to HIPAA regulations and facility privacy policiesPerforming other duties as assigned to support facility operations and resident experienceQualifications include:Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior care preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their familiesProfessional appearance and demeanorBasic computer skills (email, phone systems, scheduling software)Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environmentHours 9am-5pm
