The patient ratios are 1:1. Unit secretaries and techs are available as part of the staffing. The type of equipment used is surgical. The documentation system is Meditech. Scheduling requirements include set schedules. There is a floating policy in place, but floating is rare. The Operating Room is designated as a Trauma Center. It provides state-of-the-art pediatric emergency services. The facility holds various certifications for quality care and treatment services. New graduates are welcome to apply. Schedule options include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts based on availability. The culture is friendly and team-based. The team comprises staff with a wide range of experience, from new graduates to those with over 30 years of experience.
