We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to join our Tomah team!

Location: Tomah, WI

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do

As an MSR II, you'll help create a positive member experience by:

• Providing friendly, professional service to members
• Processing transactions and maintaining accurate cash systems
• Opening and servicing member accounts
• Assisting with debit cards, wires, account maintenance, and general inquiries
• Supporting day-to-day branch operations
• Helping resolve member concerns
• Identifying member needs and connecting them with helpful credit union products and services

• Has at least one year of financial institution experience
• Enjoys helping people and building strong relationships
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is detail-oriented and accurate
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Works well as part of a team
• Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute
