Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for standard activities supporting the creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts, according to the established guidelines and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective, efficient operations support for internal business partners and external clients. Job expectations include operating with a standard level of independence, and referring to their team lead or manager for direction and support with more complex issues and escalations.​Line of Business Description:After a client sends an onboarding or maintenance request through our internal systems, the Private Bank Banking Onboarding & Maintenance team confirms the documents are in good order, opens or updates account information per the request, and initiates required communications. This team completes a high volume of work within the same day up to 24 hours.Responsibilities:Performs onboarding or maintenance of accounts by confirming accuracy, completeness and risk assessment of documentation or client account informationFinds criteria to approve/decline the request for account opening according to the established written guidelines and proceduresResearches and resolves data errors by applying procedures and engaging support partners when neededResponds to internal business partner inquiries related to service requests via email and escalates more challenging issues to leadership as neededIndependently manages a case load of onboarding or maintenance requests, by prioritizing tasks according to due dates and other factors to ensure prompt completion of workDevelops an understanding of the process flow from start to finish, including the purpose of key steps, basic process controls, and how their work connects to upstream and downstream activities within the immediate work groupRequired Qualifications:Minimum 6 months’ experience, studies, or knowledge in operations, banking, account management andcustomer serviceBasic understanding of account opening process and policiesExperience finding and resolving data inconsistencies in highly detailed client provided documents and internal bank systemsExperience following standard operating proceduresExperience interacting with partners via email and chatDesired Qualifications:Financial Center experienceExperience handling heavy caseloads and executing tasks within the same day up to 24 hoursExperience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create lists and track resultsExperience using multiple systems and applications to complete individual tasks accurately and efficientlyAbility to apply knowledge to improve processesSkills:Account ManagementCustomer and Client FocusOral CommunicationsResearchAttention to DetailCollaborationWritten CommunicationsPrioritizationRecording/Organizing InformationResult OrientationInternal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
