Job Description:
The RN in the ICU will be responsible for providing intensive nursing care to patients. This position requires experience with advanced medical equipment including vents, balloon pumps, and more, while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
- Operate specialized equipment such as vents and balloon pumps.
- Perform procedures including intubation, central lines, and ICP monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- ICU experience is a must.
- Preferred Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and CV surgery experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
