Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to develop and oversee a Pediatric OT Program serving children ages 0–18 with various diagnoses. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive OT program within a multidisciplinary setting, including the potential to hire and supervise OTAs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the OT program and maintain a caseload
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions
- Support clients in improving daily living, sensory-motor, and functional skills
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide training and support to staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado OT License
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, including autism
- Preferred: Experience supervising or training staff
