Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to develop and oversee a Pediatric OT Program serving children ages 0–18 with various diagnoses. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive OT program within a multidisciplinary setting, including the potential to hire and supervise OTAs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the OT program and maintain a caseload
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions
• Support clients in improving daily living, sensory-motor, and functional skills
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide training and support to staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado OT License
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, including autism
• Preferred: Experience supervising or training staff
