Enhancing employee competencies, the full-time Trainer will design and conduct training programs remotely, focusing on performance improvement and aligning with company values. Key responsibilities: Identify training needs and develop curriculum and instructional materials to support employee career progression Deliver training courses, assess effectiveness, and ensure the incorporation of skills into employee work behavior Evaluate ongoing training programs to reflect changes and stay updated on trends in employee development Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Training or a related field High school diploma required Entry level to intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations in the mortgage sector Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
