CGI Federal is seeking a Financial Specialist II to provide support to the Department of Justice in Washington, DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review funding documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices, including reviewing and uploading them for payment.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard financial operations.
• Manage mandatory reporting requirements for financial activities.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process reimbursable agreements efficiently and accurately.
• Create and maintain routing workflows for E2 Travel System approvals to streamline travel processes.
• Process travel authorizations and vouchers for the Division.
• Process invoices for various contracts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:

• At least 5 years of relevant financial experience, particularly in processing invoices.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting

Hourly Rate: $37.76/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
