Also able draft proposals and close HVAC sales.Job DutiesServices, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsManages the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating contractsCollaborates with installation team to ensure proper setup and functioning of HVAC systems post-saleDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideMaintains relationships with clients, offering post-sales support, and addressing any concerns or follow-up needs.Generates 5 star reviews with excellent customer service and technical skillsMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ Years of experience in HVAC Installations3+ Years of experience in HVAC Service1+ years of Experience HVAC SalesMust have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industryNATE certification preferredMust display strong communication skills and technical competenceAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screenClean driving record.Must have basic HVAC hand tools.
