Role Summary
The Operations Supervisor oversees daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role leads, trains, and supports staff to maintain high-quality client care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians
Train staff on procedures, documentation, and client care
Oversee admissions, detox monitoring, and daily operations
Manage schedules and ensure shift coverage
Respond to crises and guide de-escalation efforts
Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Collaborate across departments to support client needs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Leadership experience in behavioral health or similar setting preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, climb stairs, and drive as needed.
