The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization's financial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the accounting and finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls, and overall financial operations. This role demands a strategic partner who can provide financial insight to support the company's aggressive growth trajectory and is willing to be hands-on in driving visibility into project profitability, margins, and business performance. The CFO will also be instrumental in building and scaling the finance function, team, processes, and infrastructure to support the company's expansion. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a background as a CFO, VP Finance, or a strong Controller with experience in project-based businesses such as HVAC, mechanical, construction, or specialty contracting. A proven track record in a similar financial environment, particularly one with a focus on WIP, job costing, and operational finance, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a builder, capable of creating structure in an evolving environment, and will be expected to play a key role in growth initiatives, acquisitions, and other strategic projects.
