Job Details: The Customer Care Representative I is responsible for providing information and offering creative solutions to callers concerning all deposit products, loans, bank services, and online banking products and services. This service‑oriented role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate information, and prompt resolution of customer concerns via telephone and e‑mail. The goal of this position is to retain and enhance existing customer relationships and to develop new ones. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in retail, office, bank, or customer service preferred Must demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Value, Service Excellence, & Teamwork. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in daily work Maintain confidentiality Ability to diffuse conflict quickly and efficiently Remain flexible with work hours and duties Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality Problem‑solving skills Detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently Ability to multitask and switch quickly from one activity to another Respond positively to feedback and redirection Proficient in Microsoft Office Work Schedule: This position requires 40 hours each week with work typically being completed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and a Saturday rotation with the Customer Care team. A little overtime may be required depending on the workload. Some travel may be required for training and seminars, or other branches on occasion.
