Enrollment Support Representative

The Dorne Region
The Dorne Region is seeking an Enrollment Support Representative for its Coral Gables office. This is a full-time, on-site role for an organized communicator who wants to help guide individuals reviewing health coverage and life-benefit options.
You will help clients clarify questions, prepare for conversations, understand the next step, and stay connected through organized follow-up. The role blends customer interaction, scheduling, and relationship-building in a fast-moving office environment.

Training and coaching are provided; prior insurance experience and a degree are not required. Candidates who have worked in client service, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or other high-contact roles are encouraged to apply. Coaching helps you build confidence in this contractor role.
