LPN Supervisor - Reception Center

Duties and Responsibilities Administer medication to 50+ mentally ill and medically fragile homeless adults. Conduct nursing assessments and implant PPDs. Maintain records as per state and agency regulations. Liaison with medical providers to ensure medical regimens are followed. Coordinate client medical treatment and follow up. Participate in clinical and management team meetings. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Perform related duties as assigned. Hours Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Qualifications Current NY State LPN license. Experience working with the MICA population. CPR training certification (or willingness to complete a CPR training class).
