Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served.
• Ensure quality care is provided in a safe manner consistent with unit standards.
• Demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice.
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as required by the department.
• Assist as helping hands during periods of low census.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or ATCN certifications required.
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with patients of all ages.
• Capable of handling emergency and crisis situations effectively.
